You may use the form below to request RMA authorization for a Xyratex product. Alternatively,
you may print a downloadable version of the form and fax it to us.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding the failure.
You will be contacted by the Warranty Department within one working day with an
RMA number (where applicable) or a request for follow up information to be provided.
