HDD Media Process
Xyratex HDD media process products offer a variety of innovative approaches for improving process, cleaning and test efficiencies throughout the HDD media factory. Disk automation and test solutions require precision technology and sophisticated techniques that are best handled by an integrated approach to process and system design. The disk cleaning systems represent the latest in cleaning technology and performance for the HDD media manufacturing with through-put up to and over 2000 disk per hour. Our cleaning systems utilize advanced modules including ultrasonics, megasonics, cassetteless handling, cascade scrubbing and vapor assist Hot DI Dryer. These are some of the most flexible systems available.
