Our skilled service technicians are available 24 hours a day to assist you with system installation, service and maintenance needs, system training, and general system questions for installed systems, including Twin Rail Disk Cleaning Systems.
Calling for Service
Should you require service on your equipment, please contact our service department at +1 831-438-0701 x265. If a service technician is not available, or you are calling after hours, follow the instructions below for leaving a message. Our on-call service technician will be paged and will return your call as soon as possible.
Obtaining After-Hours Support
If you are in need of service outside of our normal business hours, or if a service technician is not available to take your call, you will be connected to our voice mail system. When leaving a message, please provide the following information:
- Date and Time of the call
- Your Name
- Your Company's Name
- Your Telephone Number (including area code)
- The nature of the call
- The serial number(s) of the affected systems
- The module(s) involved
- A description of the problem
- The part(s) of the equipment involved
- Any additional information that might be helpful
If you are in need of urgent support, press "#7" at the end of your message. A service technician will call you back within 30 minutes.
