The X1K Advanced Modular Disk Cleaning System uses a modular design that is configurable for all substrate or media applications.

Ultrasonics

The Ultrasonics Module uses multi-frequency ultrasonics generators to remove small and large particles from substrates.

  • Multiple OEM ultrasonic transducer/generator options.
  • SS, PDVF, or PFA tank designs.
  • Up to 430KHz specific and sequenced multi-frequency options.
  • 300, 600, or 1200 watts per tank.
  • High tank turnover capability.
Megasonics

The Megasonics Module uses advanced high-frequenty megasonic energy to remove the smallest of particles.

  • Multiple OEM megasonic transducer/generator options.
  • SS, PDVF, or PFA tank designs with available Quick Dump Rinse.
  • 430KHz to 2MHz frequency options.
  • 450, 900, or 1800 watts per tank.

Cascade Scrubber

Our patented Cascade Scrubber module individually scrubs disks while rotating and translating to progressively cleaner brushes. This results in precision double-sided cleaning, including the ID and OD, without the contamination that can occur with older designs that allow dirty fluids to fall down on to clean disks.

Hot DI Vapor Dryer

Our patented Hot DI Vapor Dryer module uses advanced particle-neutral technology and an ultra-clean environment to thoroughly dry disks without leaving any contamination behind.

The Hot DI Vapor Dryer module is compatible with metal or glass substrates, and is configurable as Hot DI, Hot DI with IPA Assist, or Ambient DI with IPA Assist.
